I recently was notified that something new has posted to my Experian credit report. I log in to my credit report to see that a company name National City Association. I Google this company, locate a phone and they inform me that Columbia House submitted a file to them stating that I owe them 135.00 for ONE movie from 2006 and that they have tried to contact me server time... I have been living in the same house seen 2004 and NOT one time I have received a letter from them in reference to this. I called NCA and explained to them that there must be a mistake because I don't even have the movie for which I am being accused of having... They told me that I would have to send in a letter or call Columbia House, but they couldn't even give me a number to call, they told me I would have to find that myself... Okay, I locate CH number call them for them to tell me that National Assist is the company that's handling my account and give me and that they could do nothing for me...
