Maturnity leave

I continued maturnity leave per week before I'd my child. She was created on May 6. I named the store-manager 6 months after she was created and stated I really could go back to function. He explained I'd need to wait until they might set me about the routine, he explained call-back in per week. Today, I call-back and he claims that it could actually be after July 24. Is there some type of regulation that will make sure they are take-me back before then. I've expenses to pay for. Please reply
