12' Hardtop Pavilion
Paid 550.00 with green dot money pak. No response since

I requested a-12' hardtop pavilion in the above company site. They required i spend having a natural dot cash pak in the place of paypal since i had been a fresh client. I trusted them to ship my order. I obtained an email stating that my payment was received and my order will be shipped within 24hrs. Which was on june 27. I've heard nothing more and that i can't mention their website whatsoever today. Is that this company a fraud? Perhaps you have had other complaints about them?
