Wrongful Termination

I was only employed with this company for 3 weeks as a cam model. So one day I came in and I couldnt log on my screename because it was "inactive". So I reported this to my boss at the time and she told me that she will call whomever was in charge of the website. I came back the next day, and still the same thing. She told me she's been contacting them and they should get an answer back sometime in the next week. So I waited until the next week and called them, and I was told that my account was "accidently deleted". I never really got a fair explanation as to why. 2 weeks rolled by, same thing. And finallly I decided to re-apply with the company again after a few months, my photos of myself and my id were taken again and the boss told me that he will call me back within 48 hours. Again, I waited and I called and he sai they werent hiring BBW's at this time. So a friend of mine told me that they hired a "she-male" but they werent hiring BBW's, what nonsense is that? Way before this happened I asked if they hired all sizes I was told yes. So now since someone new took over, everything changed.
