Today I purchased a "Blue Tooth" at the Verizon store in Moorpark, California. I did this on my lunch break. After going back to work and charging the device, I discovered that it did not charge, so I took it back after work. I walked in and was told I would have to sign in to the Kiosk and wait for the next rep to help me. I noticed two reps assisting one person and after thirty minutes of standing there waiting to trade it in for one that worked, the Manager let a guy go in front of me who wanted to purchase an item. When I asked her why she couldn't help me as she was just standing there, she said that she could not help me and that she let the other guy go in front of me because he didn't need to exchange anything. She then argued that I had not waited thirty minutes, she said "you've waited fifteen minutes" and then told me that I needed to wait. She was more than rude to me, she was hateful and lacked customer care and experience. She laughed out loud when I said I was going to write a letter of complaint regarding the way she treated me. She should be doing something other than working with customers.
