I accepted a collect call now Iam getting billed for a monthly service

I accepted a collect call from my son on 4/28, from that date on Lagacy LD Intl Inc, charges $16.16 monthly for a service that I did not authorize voicemail service! I have called Lagacy and inform them that I was
not interested in this service nor did I authorize them to charge me for this service and wanted them to take off this service. Well to this date they are still billing my carrier for this service. This is illegal, why should this company
be able to get away with this this is fraud! Besides a BIG BIG RIPP OFF!
The FCC should do something about this!
