Intl Satellite Comm collect call can be a HUGE rip off, beware!

My parents made a call from UK thinking they would be chagred 10 cents per min or at most 20 cents a min but it happened to be a collect call and no one informed what the charges will be. It is unethical to not inform your customers how much you will charge, it may not be illegal but it is unethical.
The call lasted hardly 1 or 2 mins but INTL SATELLITE COMM charged for 5 mins and the amount was 62.92 inclusive of all charges. That's a total rip off.
