Inquiries: Hello, On my July 4 bill, there was a charge for a call made from a payphone to my residence on June 4 at 02:19P To Iowa City, IA, From Cedar Rapids, IA. It was 5-minute call that billed me $18.30. I realized that this call was in fact accepted by someone at my residence and paid the full amount of that bill for that billing statement (as shown below and can be verified trough Qwest).
