Ripoff consumer rip-off fraud

I was surprised when I finally found somrthing about this company Global Financial and that I wasn't the only person that they ripped off. I don't need to tell my history cause is similar to others, the only difference is that I called this company to cancel the account and they said that it was cancelled, but they still withdrawn my money and I had to pay an overdraft. When I tried to cantact them again nobody answered, that was a month ago and I am still waiting for my credit, now I know I won't get it, but I am going to report this fraud. I want my money back.
