Ripoff, promised card with fee of $221.95. Have not received and probably won't ripoff deceptive company

I was contacted at work like I am with many other telemarketers to purchase a credit card (visa/mastercard) with a one time payment of $221.95.

Global Financial rep sounded good and wanted my account #s which I gave thinking they were a good company. I even hastily looked them up on the web. I was promised this card in about 3 weeks as soon as my bank cleared.
Well when the 3 weeks came and past I called them back. Global Financial rep told me my card was on the way and I should receive it in a week if not call them back.
I called Global Financial back in a week and now the phone keeps ringing.

I started digging into this a little more since $221.95 is quite a bit of money to lose. I went to this site at usacomplaints.com and now am not only feeling foolish but quite pissed off.

I went to a site called bigclassaction.com and filed a report with them. If you don't know about them they are a non charging group that will put my complaint with anyone elses and try and do something about it.

What i would like everyone else that has been scammed by Global Financial to do is go to bigclassaction.com and get on the wagon with me and lets see if we can make it payoff and stand up for citizens that can't afford to be ripped off. Please Jump on the Wagon with me...
