Acaix3, Diet Nutrician Incorrect, doubling billing, loss of communication

I ordered a sample trial for ship only cost. They billed me for that and then their full product fee. On recommendation from my physician, I had called to cancel so they refunded the first fee which was the sample, which I should not have been billed, [ I had already paid for shipping and handling] and on this same statement billed me for additional shipment cost. Many phone numbers listed for them were unavailable. My initial complaint offered to return sample and it was refused. I was initially told if I wanted I could discard the trial sample and my account would not be billed and I am out about $177 for a discarded small amout of "vitamins".

As a senior citizen, I have ordered only twice on line. I have learned not to do that again. What a loss for me and other honest merchants. To the best of my knowledge I acted honestly and in good faith. It's hard visually, while aging and then to report, on line but I owe it to others.in this position and thank you for some recourse.
