Is a total SCAM they just take your money and send NOTHING

I placed an order with this company on March 31 via faxing them a check. The check was cleared from my account on April 3 in which they stated that once the check cleared my order would be shipped. About 2 weeks later I recieve a Medical form to fill out and mail back to China which I did. I have faxed them a letter on May 16 asking where my order is and if there is a problem they need to REFUND my money. NO RESPONSE from them.

Once again today I sent another letter to them via fax letting them know my order still has yet to come in and its been well over 3 months. This is is ridiculous that people can just take other peoples money and no one can do a thing about it. I have tried to search for a phone number for them something but so far NOTHING has been found. If anyone can please help me out with this location or tell me what I should do I would greatly appreciate it... Also if anyone knows of legitate sites to order from I would like to hear about them. Thank you!
