Electronics Department Staff Poor, Manager Unconcerned

On a recent trip into Wal Mart in Irving, Texas, the lack of customer service amazed me. When I told the manager that the hired help in the electronics department was worthless as teats on a boar hog, her response was OK.
I guess if I had been shopping for a BIG ticket item, maybe it would have made a difference.
