Ripoff

This company is truly a ripoff. They let 7 days go by and then without warning charge your account 83.76. They don't give you the option to cancel out at the time you are signing up. They had me waiting for a cd kit i paid 1.95 for to come in the mail. 7 days later they charge my account 83.76. I called the service center to cancel and to see if i could get a refund. I was told i could not get a refund. I am mad about it. Then i get call a call about a free gift i was to receive for signing up for ths ripoff. When i started complaining about the charging of my account the person hungup on me. I did'nt get a chance to find out what the gift was. I guess i wont get that either. This is not right! Something needs to be done about it. I have 5 kids and thought this was going to help bring in extra money to help out.insted they want you to incur a 83.76 bill. You don't win. I want my money back and all these phone calls and gifts they can keep. Everybody needs to know don't get with this company! Save your money.
