A.S.P.A.S.P. Is ruining the life of my elderly neighbo

My elderly neighbor, who is 80 years old, who is physically fit and healthy is having her 'golden years' tarnished. Having retired this past winter she has looked to keep herself busy. The American Sweepstakes Publishers have preyed on her by mail and phone. Enticing her with pseudo promises of receiving a check worth millions of dollars. She is convinced, by the chicanery of these people, that she must complete the 'paperwork' in each of the dozens of mailings A.S.P. Sends, include a check for $12.00 with each one and mail it all to those amoral people that populate the business called A.S.P.
They call her on the phone and persuade, cajole, and warn in a threatening manner that she must complete these mailings and send them today. There are deadlines, they insist. She will lose out on the winnings.
It has enveloped her whole life. She waits at the mailbox for the delivery of her 'winnings' but all that arrives... More sweepstakes entry forms. I liken this to a chinese water torture. She is beside herself with worry. She is becoming more and more isolated as well meaning, concerned family, friends, neighbors try and convince her that it is simply a scam that is being perpetrated on her. A.S.P. Has tapped into the far reaches of all that concerns us. Survival
