APG Consultants via David Feldman guaranteed I would get a grant in six weeks or they had a money back guarantee. I sent two payments to a grant writter named Catherine Freiburghaus in the form of cashiers checks by certified mail one for 200.00 the next for 185.00 total 385.00.
