I ordered a custom unit on May 17th. I received it June 19th. It was such poor quality that it literally started to matt up as soon as I took it from the plastic. The color was supposed to be a medium brown w/light brown highlights but it was a off black, w/dull mustard colored highlights.
It looked more like it was mix of human hair and sheep's wool. I sent my specific measurements as I ordered from other websites using the exact measurements with no problem. However, what they sent me was something that would fit a 5 year old's head.
Do not. I repeat do not let their cheap prices fool you as you will be sorry.in this case you will get what you pay for. They would not accept the return so I am stuck w/an extra small unit of what closely resembles animal hair.
