Unhappy with highlights

I'd my hair-cut Friday September 12 by Anne whio did agreat work. She suggested her brother-in-law to complete my shows on Sunday the 14th. I went there Sunday the 14 and Tara was designated to complete my hair lamps since her visit terminated. I told her I'd like chuncky spotlight and low-lights. She said good. I previously had blonde hair she saved what I'd for shows in foil and colored the remainder of my hair brown. Once they rose my hair they washed it with heated water and my hair was passed brown. I reported that day-but she said I've to clean many times before i see the higlights. Well my hair seemed terrible for that wedding that evening. I named Tara Lay the 14 and he or she believed to come in Tuesday. I talked to her and also the homeowners Wednesday the 16 plus they are declining to return a partial of my income. She stating sh e may repair it by placing more bleach. I can't have significantly more bleach since my hair may drop out. I mentioned I'd bleach currently in my own hair however, you colored over it with brown whenever you cleaned it with heated water. Our hair has partial shows just on top of my mind. I settled 150.00 money plus they refuseto give me a receit
