Watch out they stole my money now me and my family are on the street and $3,495 out

Back in december i saw the commercial on t.V. So i though that this company was legit, so i call them gave them what they need it and no one ever call me back they took my money $3,495 (quick in two weeks) that i had save to either work with my bank or do this (the loan modification that never took place) now i find my self calling sending e-mails with no response i don't know what to do and the worse is that i lost my house and i have no money to go on can someone direct me to the right place to see if i could get some of my money back any body knows of any attorneys that are handling these kind of scheme, you could e-mail me
