Mwi Simple Escapes unauthorized billing to my account

I never really use my debt card except a few purchases every few weeks. I bought some things online and over the phone and never really had a problem with it.

I went to cash a paycheak that i had recived and i wasnt able to. They said i was in the negative balance. I asked about the cost of it and it was $139.95 with a $28 overdraft charge. I told them i had never made this purchase and i was givin a phone number to call. I called this number and told them about this purchase.

Please help me with this claim the phone number called did not say it would be resolved or not
