Sales Agent came knocking at the door selling magazine subcriptions and i purchased the xbox issues 60 issuses for 33.00 dollars. Did I get blindsided or what!?!

I had just bought my kids the xbox system for Valentine's Day when a few days later I get a knock at my door. The sales agent has magazines for sale and just happened to be selling the xbox issues. So I thought I'm getting a good deal $33.00 for 60 issues and whole two years worth of magazines. And few weeks go by and I came across my receipt for the purchased and called the number I spoke to a rep with the company and assured me that it takes up to 120 days to receive my magazines. They had my name and all my info to make me think everything was okay and i just had to wait a little longer for me to start receiving my issues. Again I came across my receipt and tried calling the number and its disconnected! So I thought to check the internet for their e-mail address when all I see is fraud info on this company. And the sales agent used our computer and is a friend on my boyfriends Myspace! Its now June 18th and still no Xbox magazines! Its been 4 months or so how much longer I am supposed to wait???
