Regional Enterprises, Inc. Liars who place slanderous and deceptive comments on dac for revenge Hopewell Virginia...

I recently tried to obtain my first truck as an independent owner operator and find a company to lease it on with. The company (Landstar) informed me that because of misleading and totally false information that was placed on my dac report by Regional Enterprises, Inc. Of Hopewell, Va. That they would not be able to lease me on. I voluntary quit the company due to a dispute with the Transportation Manager and in retaliation, he said I was an unsafe driver and was terminated (however I was Eligable for rehire)!!!

This false report to dac by this employer is becoming a hinderance in my attempt to advance in my career and I feel DAC should fully investigate any negative or derogatory comments / reports by previous employers or be held accountable for the loss of ones livelyhood.

A personal credit report can be requested, disputed, and corrected if the information is found to be untrue. WHY NOT A DAC REPORT!!! We need to put an end to Employers abusing the system to get even with past employees!
