Do Not Order Or You'll Be Sorry Screwed up order! Terrible customer service! Couldn't get ahold of the company after my order was placed!

I tried to order my dad some beach chairs for this company and Tammi from shadeusa.com (the owner) was a horrific experience. I called to ensure that my order would be delivered in time and she confirmed that 3 day shipping would guarantee on time delivery. But, when I tracked my package I came to find out she shipped it GROUND! When I confronted her she was not helpful at all interrupting me with every sentence I said and had a nasty attitude the entire time. She didn't even try to remediate the situation! When I confronted her about her attitude she took it upon herself and cancel my order! So now I have no Father's day gift to give... Even it was going to be late.

This must be a small start up online site. Please do not put yourself through the same experience I had. I am reporting them to the BBB and any other form of media so no one else has to go through what I had to go through. I hope all of your Father's days gifts make it on time because mine will not due to an incompetent business owner who has no manners and doesn't know how to use UPS!
