Ordered a $400 treadmill on-line on 6/11 as a Father's Day gift for my dad. I Thought this would be sufficient time to get the order to him by 6/19 (Father's Day). Upon checking order status on-line, status was "shipping soon to be delivered 6/20-6/24. So the gift was going to be late. Ok, this was just the way it was going to be. I told my dad what it was (surprise ruined) but ok.

Calling customer support to find out where the package was, I was told there were "technical issues and they could not tell me anything". That was on 6/22,6/23,6, 24,6/27, and 6/28.
On 6/28 Tanisha said the issue had been resolved but could not tell me where the treadmill was or if it had shipped and would call me back the next day the 29th.

On 6/30 I called once more to speak to the supervisor named Tanisha. Of course she was not available and I was put on hold for 45 minutes. The next supervisor "Claudia" said Tanisha had put in an inquiry that would take 7 days for a responce. So here I sit.

I have never in 50 years seen such horrible service from a compny as big as Target.
