My partner turned an e/o in March, he was ended to get a small incident and informed to obtain his material from the vehicle, he was launched in the rental contract. Today we're being bothered with a variety company stating we owe $95000. We don't possess the vehicle, don't understand where it's. There is small injury done. No ticket issued. No property damage. It had been within the kanab leave. I tried calling quick reaction to question them what occurred towards the vehicle, they stated they'll not speak with us. They stated we still owe for that truck, the contract was for that rent not the truck. WHAT??? We've no idea how to proceed, except get a lawyer. I'm worried that there others available which are still obtaining rents for vans and also have no idea what they're engaging in. Help me if you're able to. Or even I would like to know if other people has already established similar scenario.
