Don't purchase a house warranty through the corporation. It's a complete fraud. They don't protect almost nothing - virtually any problem you'll have, they've some absurd loophole for why YOUR specific issue isn't protected. The one thing they appear to address is just the standard items that you can repair oneself or purchase outofpocket quickly anyway. To increase the truth that they efficiently grab your cash for this useless guarantee, support is horrible also - they'll not contact you back, and takes forever to obtain a person about the telephone. Stay away from the corporation!!!
