Not meeting terms of warranty

It's been three months without warmth or AC. The company explained they might have experienced the issue set the very first evening these were below, but due to the guarantee guidelines we've needed to watch for approvals and components delivered direct from 2-10. After I named to protest the Boss really explained that it's not that poor and that I simply am unable to consider the current weather. I'll never purchase a house warranty from these folks again and that I may alert everybody of the horrible support I've obtained. Do not spend your cash.
