Scam and Rip-off Company / Mail Fraud

I replied to an ad (from Ophrah"s website) for a free trial of Acai Berry. My credit card was billed $2.00 on 3/24/09. I never received the product. On 4/9/09, my card was charged $87.13. I did not see this charge until after 4/27/09, when another charge of $83.18 was added on my card. At this time, I contacted the company, stating that I had never received the product and was told that I HAD received the product. I asked them for proof of delivery, which they could not produce, and again called asking for a refund for the total amount of $172.13. I have since spoken with 4 supervisors and each one has assured me that within 3-5 days, I would receive my refund. To date, the refund has never been issued. I feel this company is acting with criminal negligence and stealing and cheating people out of money. I sincerely believe that the authorities need to investigate this company. I found over 50 complaints similar to mine on the SouthEast Florida Better Business Bureau Website. Something needs to be done to shut down this operation.
