Will not refund my money after product was returned and keeps hanging up on phone calls

I ordered a trial bottle of acai berry and before i could cancel any further orders another bottle was sent and 83.18 taken out of my checking account which at that time i was laid off from work because of car industries problems. I have been since 4/17/09 trying to recieve my refund and they keep giving me the run around now they will not even answer any calls and if they do they put you on hold and hang up
