"Kindly not you must enclose the amount due of $11.89 if securing this Premium Offer delivery when completing your SUBMISSION DOCUMENT for returning to our offices."
I returned the document, less the check. As I tell all spoofs, If I have won, you found me to notify me, so give up the winnings. God watches! Beware!
