Jason Breakey, husband of Zulma Breakey, father of Cooper Breakey, and principal associated with multiple dating services, has a trial date set for August 25 for charges including unlawful possession and concealment of a handgun and possession of marijuna.

In addition to these charges, filed against Jason Breakey on December 21, Jason also had charges filed for Resisting Arrrest.

Jason Breakey has plead guilty to the charge of Resisting Arrest and is currently out on bond, pending the remaining charges of possession of marijuana and a handgun. The trial date, which Jason has delayed five times, is currently set for August 25th in the Dallas County courts at 9:00 CST.

Jason and his wife, Zulma, live a lavish lifestyle in North Dallas, which is funded by his multiple scam dating sites. Upon having a judgement filed against him, he simply files bankruptcy and opens up under a new corporate entity.

The proprieter of the store has indicated to other clients that Zulma had a white substance around her nose when in the store - an indicator she is still using cocaine. Zulma's husband, Jason, has indicated he requires Zulma to spend her alimony payments from her first failed marriage for her spending habit.

Jason Breakey is also a fan of drugs and alcohol, having three charges filed against him for possession of marijuana, the two most recent being filed in April and December. His first charge was for possession of 4-5 pounds of marijuana and illegal possession of a handgun. Perhaps part of their lavish lifestyle has been funded through the illicit trafficking of drugs as 4-5 lbs of marijuana would indicate an amount far greater than what a casual user would have in their possession. It appears his attendance in Alcoholics Meetings in Dallas, including the Preston Group, have not worked for him.

Zulma has indicated to people in Alcoholics Anonymous meetings she attends that her husband likes to smoke marijuana at night and paint art. It is unknown whether Jason Breakey has stopped marijuana after his most recent marijuana charges - one which he is still on bond and pending hearings in Dallas County's criminal court.

The Breakey's son, Cooper Breakey, attends Shelton, an expensive private school in Dallas that specializes in children with learning disabilities. With their history of drug and alcohol abuse, one can only wonder if his learning disabilities are a result of their drug and alcohol-fueled lives.
