Jason & Zuma Breakey write Bad Checks and Do Not Pay Their Bills

Jason and Zuma Breakey retained the services of my wife's interior design firm, for which he has never paid the fees in full.

Jason Breakey's wife, Zuma Breakey has provided multiple checks which bounced with Jason's signature on them - a federal felony.

Jason and Zuma Breakey have in their possession artwork my wife paid for with an understanding she would be reimbursed. To date, she has not been paid in full nor has she been paid for design fees due.

Initially, Zuma Breakey indicated she would pay the services over time, but thus far, all that has been received are bad checks, all that were returned to Jason & Zuma, with no response.

In return, court papers were served via regular and certified mail, neither which have been responded to.

In addition, Mr. Breakey has assault and battery charges pending. When I confronted him about the fees due to my wife's firm, he kicked me in the groin twice in front of a bunch of kids' at a YMCA football game.

Do not due business with Jason Breakey under the name of his multiple dating services, unless you don't mind throwing money away and funding he and his wife's lavish lifestyle.

In addition to changing corporate names multiple times, being in a Dallas news and St. Louis print and TV news articles, filing bankruptcy, and being charged with possession of marijuana, he likes to write bad checks and use chicken-shit fighting tactics.
