Scam! Bad service!

I ordered two (2) complete tv series about 2 months ago and i still haven't received them!
When i tried to cancel/refund my order, i was taken to a page that was blank (nothing on it) and when i tried to call their 800 number, the phone rang and then hung up!
Scam, scam, scam! I will now report them to my bank, as well as every other website-policing agency, to let them know that this website is a fraud!
Buyers, beware!!!
