Ordered 2 complete series dvd packages in september, haven't heard from them, they promised shipment within 5-7 days, spoke with some third-world operator who was unable to help, followed their link to refund/cancel order but the link took me to a blank page, tried to call them today and the call wouldn't go through (it would ring and then hang up). Bad company, bad business, i am notifying my bank to let them know that this c0mpany is a scam!
