Switched the city on my rental ca

I never used Priceline before, it was recommended. I needed to rent a car for a Kauai vacation. I filled in all the information several times, and each time I selected the pickup/drop-off location of Lihue on Kauai. I made a bid that was accepted, but when I got the confirmation the pickup/drop-off was changed to Honolulu. I double check the previous web pages and they all showed Lihue not Honolulu. I call their customer service and he sent me the initialed contract information showing Honolulu, but that was not what I initialed. Going back to the page confirmed that I initialed for Lihue not Honolulu.

The customer service representative said he would cancel the reservation for a $25 cancellation fee. This is an extremely dishonest company that cares little for their customer or rather marks. After canceling I was able to find a discount rental car that was a little cheaper than what they offered. As far a I can tell from other dissatisfied customers there is no reason to use this rip-off of a company.
