Ripoff-False credit card charges And In Sarasota and Florida

6/6. There are many complaints about this company and this one is similar in many ways. I placed an order for a one month free trial of Resmedin.initial shipping was charged $6.95. After 30 days Company charged my credit card for $149.00. I never received a Confirmation of the order or an Invoice and do not know what the charges are for. Since I never received any product from this company I called the bank and filed a complaint.
In email the company responds was that I signed up for Continuity Club shipments, which is not true. Anybody can prove it just by simply placing an order on their Web site and choose "One time shipment" and "No" on all other offers.
I agree with all other complaints about this company. More complaints can be found on usacomplaints.com and search engines.
I am working with a lawyer to find out what is the best way to put Resmedin Nutraceuticals out of business and/or file a lawsuit.
