Accessed my bank account 20 days after my order for a 30 day trial of their product

I made the mistake of ordering what I thought was a 30 day trial of reveratrol, for the price of shipping only. I understood that it was Not a free bottle but a free trial and at the end of the trial the monies would be taken for said bottle, and to make my life easier I would then be able to have the product shipped to me every ninety days. But this company took it upon themselves to access my bank 20 days from original order date, with no communication with me at all for a further $150.00 for the next 90 day supply. Firstly I live in Australia so by the time my trial bottle arrived I was well into the 30 day trial time, but I was prepared to accept that given the distance I would never had the full 30 days anyway. I emailed the company on the 20th day to complain about their business practise and was told in no uncertain terms they would not refund or accept any returns. I called my Bank and closed that account to stop any further deductions, my Bank will now be investigating this company.in their Continuity Club Details it states plainly, albeit confusingly!"If you desire to return your trial bottle you must advise us and receive pre-authorization no later than 21 days from your order date to avoid being charged for the trial bottle and also sent and charged for your first Continuity Club shipment." Obviously this company are mind readers, as my Bank was accessed 20 days from order date, when I posed this to "David" he answered well most people want to reorder, well I am not most people. We have exchanged a few emails but this man is a piece of work, I have never come across a "business" like this. I buy a lot of products from the US and have always been extremely happy with the service I have received. I have tried to explain to him that its not about the money, he obviously needs it more than me, but its the principal. I do not want others to have to go through this hassle. There are many other reputable companys where resveratrol can be purchased. I am still yet to receive the 90 day supply that I have paid for.
