This group also uses an address in Sarasota FL. Their website, 600mg.com, offers Resmedin, a form of the supplement resveratrol, for a "Free 30 Day Trial: Just Pay $6.95 S&H. Nowhere does it say they are going to charge you unless you leave that screen by clicking on Offer Details if that thought occurred to you. The Offer Details looks like the caption for the "Free 30 Day Trial: Just Pay $6.95 S&H" and it is the same color so it does not appear to be a link to anywhere else.
The company sends you the Resmedin, charges you $6.95 for shipping, then waits 30 days to bill you $29.99 for the capsules.in their hidden terms, you have 30 days to return the bottle, even if empty, for a refund. A consumer who does not know he or she is being charged waits two credit card cycles, assured by billing people 30 days apart, to find out he/she was charged at which point it is beyond the 30 days during which it can be returned. Another deceitful practice is that they note you will be enrolled in Community Club Benefits so that you can buy Resmedin cheaper and won't run out. This translates to: They are going to start sending you a three month supply without clearing it with you and charging you $89.94.
There are other complaints about these people on the Web. They are horrendous to deal with, downright nasty in fact. I am a retired police lieutenant, a cop for 33 years. Their rebuttal was pure crap. This outfit is a major ripoff that should be put out of business. I have made complaints to the FL and VA Attorney Generals since they use addresses in both states.
