McDonalds Bad Service

Blackfoot, ID - The person who takes the orders does not speak very good English and it is usually a different person every time. We frequent McDonald's at least once a week and our order is NEVER right. We watch continuously as upset customers come in and out with their receipts not getting what they ordered. We ask for water and we receive a sundae cup which is about 2 drinks. Is that sundae cup really cheaper than a small kids cup?
