Aax is unfair. Chrisy (aka V. P's daughter-in-law) will lie to company President to get you fired and then deny any opportunity to defend youself, nor will you be given the chance to tell you side. Open door policy doesnt exist

After being with AAX for 4 months. We can see that all the other comments on this site have merit.

After being on the road for 4 months, we put in request for time off (2 weeks as required) when it started getting close to time off date.informed dispatch ie. Christy the a dental appt. Had been made and that they are difficult to obtain, so please make sure we are in. Needless to say, she. Does everything possiable to see that you dont make it in.

So. As there is supposed to be an open door policy. We requested to speak to William Perry. Ie. Company President. We were told he is in meetings and unavailable. But he would be given a message. Apperently the message was not delivered in the words we sent. And dispatch injected untruths to him and we were deadheaded to the yard, told to clean out the truck and terminated on a Saturday morning. With no hearing. Chance to tell our side. And when we checked with Operations Manager, Safty Manager, ect. No-one seems to be able to tell us WHY we were terminated. We still have not recieved any explanation.

So. A team the spent 4 months on the road, with No late deliveries, no frieght claims, no refused loads, no complaints from shippers or recievers,

A team that ran hard, no tickets, logs straight and true, no D.O. T violations was dismissed without being offered the opportunity to ask why we were dimissed or defend ourselves to any charges made against us.

Therefore we have to wait for a DAC report to be made, then hire an attorney to defend ourselves then have it removed for our DAC Report. That is our reward from AAX for our hard work!

Bottem line. We wre told of these people and their methods and action, but we didnt belive it was that bad. Well. We are belivers now. Be forewarned. If you sign on with this company. You will also be a beliver in just a short time
