Horrible service long island

Ok where do we start...
This is a day that i will never get back. The florist made me cry on the day. He hired some nut during the time of me planning my wedding and she used party ribbon around the flowers instead of real ribbon. The mens flowers were so small and died by the time we got to the reception hall from my house which was only a 2 hour drive. She could not fix anything and was over 2 hours late with delivery. Did not answer any of my calls

The photographer is a nice guy, nick, but cannot take truly nice pics for the life of him. I do not have any pics of my dress or even the invitation. No pics of the grooms family and not enough pics of us together. He got lazy and made sure when everyone was eating he ate too. He made sure he was taken care of and forget the bride and groom pics

The videographer should not be working anymore. The guy cannot stand for long periods of time and i do not even want to talk about the coverage of the video. It was horrible. He did not get anything. When we were taking pics at the park he was not getting any of those pics

The proofs of the pics were not nice and there was shadows in all pics

The video was even worse. The guy who did the editing did not even put the label on the disk right and half of my husbands name is missing. The 3 disks are truly different. One does not have any sound one is missing parts and the other is backwards. Editing is not difficult, i have done it for a paid access show, so this is b/s. Someone is giving me money somewhere. And if i have to get a lawyer to get involved, we can do this.

When you call they take over a week to get back to you, and this is even if they do decide to get back. Do not use them
