I purchased a 24 PC CUSTOM WEDDING FLOWER SET on 6/5/08 from this company for my son's wedding in May. Her reply email stated "Thank you for your order! We hope you will enjoy your new purchase. This email is to confirm we have received your order and are processing it. Please print and keep a copy of this email for your records. Please make sure you have left a PHONE NUMBER! We will be calling you for a Custom Floral Consultation on Wednesday (within 14 days) After payment has been received."

On 8/21 she emailed me some pictures of the flowers which were NOTHING like we ordered. They were not even the right colors. She said she'd sent me the wrong pics by mistake & we'd have the right ones by 8/14. I emailed her 9/15 that we still hadn't seen any pics of the flowers. She'd said she'd send pics BEFORE she shipped to make sure they were correct. She sent one pic the next day and it was awful. We'd sent her pics of the wedding dress (which is trimmed in pink) and she'd assured us she could match the color of the dress to the flowers. They were hideous and would have clashed awfully with the dress.

So I wrote her again and sent her some pics of what we were looking for. She said no problem. I have told her repeatedly to call me at work during the day if she has any questions and told her my working hours. IF she calls, she calls while I am work, she will NOT use my work number and when I try to call her back it is always busy no matter what time I call. I called her 11 times today and it was ALWAYS busy.

This is, at the least, poor business practice and at the worst, fraud. I no longer even want the flowers. I have found someone else to do them and I just want my money back. She won't take my calls and will not answer my emails. I googled her (belatedly as it turns out) and found many others she had scammed. She is also on Ebay under Wedding Flower Store and has negative feedback there too.
