Buyer & Seller Beware!

Bought 4 seats to a Yankees game for New York vacation in June 09. Game was cancelled because of rain so we now had to become Stubhub "sellers", as we live in California. It was rescheduled for September 7th. When we went to relist them, we did so, not knowing there were two games being played that day - a 1:05 and a 7:05. First, we got notice the tickets had been sold then Stubhub emailed to say we had incorrectly listed the tickets and were cancelling the sale, charging us a fee for the incorrect listing (over $120.00 for the two separate transactions - 2 seats each!!!) AND they sold the buyer 4 other tickets without allowing us to correct the listing. Customer service "supervisor" and staff wouldn't acknowledge a flaw in their system and offered no solution (they did credit back the $120.00 charges) SO, here it is 9 days before the game and no sale yet with the possibility of being out $ 220.00.
