I think the company should get the people answering the phones and their supervisors more intelligent replies. Not just, "I'm sorry ma'am. I can't do anything more to help you" or "I understand ma'am". When they neither understand nor do they care. They want me to wait 2 weeks for a person to come to line up the dish with the satelite even thoough their bad installation plus the wind is the cause of the problem. There are other people in the neighborhood with No problem. You should see what they did to the chimney. All of the concrete & bricks are broken. And I was willing to forget that but no TV for 2 weeks? Something should be done.
