Signed me to a service I declined and took money from my account

Miscellaneous

I entered the Publishers Clearing House sweepstakes. One of the features allowed me to sign up for a $50 Burger King coupon by completing several surveys, which I did.
After completing a number of surveys, to receive the Burger King card, I was informed that I must complete a "silver" offer. I did this by ordering a Cd for $1.97. I checked carefully to be sure there was not a residual charge; nothing that I would have to opt out of later.
A few days later I received a phone call from the company trying to sell me on their program. I told them I was not interested, that I had only signed up because I wanted the Burger King coupon. He thanked me and told me to enjoy the hamburgers.
Imagine my surprise when I opened my bank statement and found they had charged me, not only the $1.97 I had authorized, but $79.72 for an A-1 membership, whatever that may be. I called and cancelled the membership, but had to go to my bank and dispute the charge.
By the way, I never did receive my Burger King coupon.
