Burger King poor customer service - Frozen Lemonade

Made a special trip to Burger King to try the frozen lemonade with a dollar off coupon... Was told that they were out of the product so I requested an extension on the expiration date on my coupon. Manager said "NO"... Just lost my business! If you're out of the product, good customer service would allow me to redeem the coupon when you have product in stock!!
