Cameron Edwards, James Nave Failure to pay employee owed commissions

I have 5 loan modifications sales and 6 Credit Card Debt Settlement sales done and in, and they decided they didn't need my services any longer and let me go but as of now, 3 weeks later they have failed to pay out my commissions. The real curious thing is that when I talked to the bookkeeper, he informed me that 2 of my sales were now under one of the bosses name and not mine. The total of the commissions are almost $6500.00. They paid me a 'Draw' of $1500 so they still owe me almost $5,000.

This seems pretty cheesy for a large attorney firm to do... I've waited long enough to get paid and now I'm going to act.
