AdJuice, Inc. Failure to pay Distributors or Vendors

In Nov. 20110 Kaching Kaching aquired the assets of ShopToEarth and agreed to pay all Distributor their Cash Back & Commissions and to pay the existing Vendors from that point forward.

Since that date no Cash Back was ever paid to the Distributor and most of the Vendors were either paid small amounts of what was owed to them or nothing. Even though they were repeatly promised they would be paid. All this time the Kaching Kaching was collecting from new sales and the Cash Back from the Affiliate Networks. However, they kept the money.

On Feb. 12, as if nothing had ever happened they announced they were now AdJuice, Inc. And stopped all communications with the vendors they owed money to. Total owed to vendors approx. $150,000.00 total owed to Distributors and Customers for Cash Back and Commissions approx. $200,000.00.

Now they are promoting AdJuice.com and AdJuice.net as a totally different company new website etc. But it is the same people doing the same old thing. Scamming people and taking their money.
