Do NOT take a check from Steven Park or any of his make believe companies. This guy is a deadbeat slum lord that opens up boutiques in the slums of LA and doesn't pay bills, rent, etc. Clothing and supplies are ordered from various vendors, are sold but never paid for. Mr. Park has a pattern of doing this and writes checks on his closed, fake bank account. Orange county will not prosecute on checks over $2500 and Mr. Park knows this. Avoid this deadbeat!
