Russell Park runs his scam through eBay, makeupclasses.com, and yinyangcosmetics.com, often under the moniker of "Dawn til Dusk".
Russell owes me thousands of dollars for web design and consultancy work. He has never paid a dime, and when I filed suit, he started harassing me via phone. This guy is a creep.
